'Xanadu'
Johnny Cash’s “Ring of Fire” is a blazing anthem of passion, pain, and irresistible love that has stood the test of time as one of country music’s most iconic tracks. Released in 1963, the song was co-written by June Carter and Merle Kilgore, and it’s widely believed to reflect Carter’s feelings about falling in love with Cash—a love that felt dangerous and consuming. This version is featured in the Hall of Fame 'Foonfoonf' series.
