'After the Thrill is Gone'
is a song by Glen Frey and Don Henley. The Eagles began working on their fourth album 'One Of These Nights' in late 1974. Glenn Frey and Don Henley wrote four of the nine songs on the album by themselves, and they also collaborated with other members of the band on three other songs. 'After the Thrill is Gone' is the 4th track on side B of that album.
